Creating a little one is a miracle and there is something so incredibly special about the bond a mother has with her unborn child. Celebrate and embrace Motherhood while being proud of your beautiful and amazing body with a maternity photography experience.
Most women choose to have their maternity photographs taken between 30 – 36 weeks gestation depending on how they’re feeling. I know that lots of new mums feel really body concious and that choosing to go in front of a camera is a big deal. I’m super lovely and friendly so there’s no reason to be nervous. I will help you stand in the most flattering way.
I’ve worked with many shapes, sizes, stretch marks, cellulite… you name it, I’ve either seen it or have it! I have two Daughters of my own so there really is nothing to worry about. I can also edit as much or as little as you like – your body your choice!

Rest assured, the studio is easily accessible. Located in New Moston, close to surrounding areas of Failsworth, Oldham, Manchester, Bury, Prestwich, Ashton, Stockport and is only a few minutes from the M60

Session
Your one-hour session focuses on natural beauty. No need to worry about posing – just gentle guidance for natural shots.
I’ve never heard anyone regret having maternity pictures taken but I know lots of mums that regret not having them.
In years from now, you want your children to look at those photos and know how proud you were and how much you were looking forward to meeting them. You want them to know what a privilege it was to carry them so close to your heart. It’s going to mean the world to them.
Packages
A £50 booking fee/deposit is required at the time of booking in order to secure your pregnancy photoshoot in my diary.
* The minimum Love package is to be purchased/paid for on the day of session – Your booking fee/deposit/voucher will be deducted from your chosen package.
* You have the option to upgrade your package at your viewing session if you wish.
* Please note, your booking fee/deposit/voucher is non-refundable, but is transferable to another date if rearranged within 48 hours of your current booked session date.

When should I book my session?
I recommend booking your pregnancy photoshoot around 30 – 36 weeks gestation depending on how you’re feeling.
It is always best to book in advance if you can to guarantee my availability.
How do I book?
Simply get in touch using the form below. A £50 non-refundable booking fee/deposit secures your date. The minimum love package is payable on the day of your session. The booking fee/deposit will be deducted from the love package.
At your Viewing appointment you can then select and choose to upgrade your package and purchase any wall art or printed products you would love to have as keepsakes.
How long is the shoot going to take?
A pregnancy photoshoot usually takes up to one hour.
Can partners, siblings come too?
Of course! I encourage your partner and siblings (if you have any other children) to participate in the session.
Where is the studio?
My home studio is located in New Moston, on the outskirts of Oldham/Manchester (we’re conveniently right in the middle). The studio is easily accessible from M60 with lots of parking available.
My home from home studio has a quiet and tranquil setting to provide my clients with a relaxed photography portrait experience.
What shall I bring with me to the session?
I have a selection of fabrics, dresses, bandeaus and skirts.
I advise to bring with you any clothing you would like to be photographed in.
Neutral/White underwear.
Neutral shirts/Cardigan’s look lovely over underwear.
Dresses or bodices look lovely, whatever you feel comfortable wearin.
If your partner/children are coming with you, please ensure they’re in neutral colours (free of prints/logos) and co-ordinated
Do I have to buy a package?
The minimum Love Package is to be purchased/paid for on the day of session. Booking fee/deposit paid will be deducted from the package price.
When will I see my images?
Approximately 1-2 weeks after your photoshoot, you will come back to the studio for your Viewing Appointment. You will see your images for the first time via a music slideshow.

From the moment we arrived at her home studio we knew we had chosen the right photographer! We were made to feel welcome from the moment Jodie opened the door, she is so lovely and professional! Everything about the photoshoot was easy – the location, the parking, access etc, with being 32 weeks pregnant and having a 3 year old, this is exactly what I needed.
The photoshoot itself was amazing, it didn’t feel rushed at all, and Jodie was very patient with my little boy, even letting him play in the garden when he needed to blow off some steam!
I have just received the photos back from the Maternity shoot and wow, they are absolutely stunning, so much better than I could ever of imagined.
